It takes 47 different steps to produce one chair, many of which must be performed by hand. Herman Miller is the sole licensed manufacturer in the US for the Eames Lounge while Vitra is the licensed manufacturer in Europe, ensuring that your lounge will have the same high-quality design and manufacturing as it did 60 years ago.
