  • Do you have any certificate for exporting ?

    Yes,we are BSCI certificated supplier.
  • What is MOQ for the products?

    Generally 50PCS for each item, but it depends on which product,we also accept small quantity orders.
  • What is your terms of payment?

    Generally Payment term: L/C or TT is available.Usually we accept 30%T/T payment as deposit, balance 70%T/T paid on  receipt copy of B/L. After long-term cooperation,delay payment could also be discussed.
  • How long is the delivery time?

    Bulk order is around 30-35 days after received the deposit.
  • Do you accepyt OEM/ODM orders?

    Yes,all available. 
    1. We can produce chairs based on your designing and apply yourbrand on it. 
    2. We can also help provide the designing for your reference.
  • What's your After-Sale service?

    1. Installation guides and daily maintenance. 
    2. 2 year warranty on normal use. 
    3. For complaints, we will give a quick and reasonable solution within 48 hours by replacement or maintenance. 
    4. 24 hours on-line chatting and phone call stand-by for after-sale service.
  • What's your standard of packing?

    It depends on your sales market.
    1. If retail or online sale,we usually use 250 pounds or more on the carton,pass the drop testing.
    2. If wholesale or projetct using,we would considering the package to reduce transportation cost and give you detailed suggestion.
